We offer total Property Management in Kusadasi and its surrounding areas – key holding and villa management contracts, as well as a rental management and cleaning if required. We guarantee your investment will receive the best possible care and attention, you can be assured that your home is secure and in safe hands and if rented, your guests leave with the utmost praise for both your property and services.
Our “Peace of Mind,” plan is available on a six or twelve month contract, with three levels of service provided:
Gold, Silver, Bronze
Premier members will have their property serviced on a weekly basis, Comprehensive members fortnightly and standard members monthly.

Renting Out Your Property
If you are buying your property for a holiday home or investment, rather than becoming a permanent resident you can cover a lot of your running costs, if not all of them, by letting out your property. Once you have decided to purchase your new property we can assist you with renting it out.
Elite Homes Fee:
